SVF Cinemas is one of the largest chains of movie theatres in the Eastern part of India that aims to revolutionize the cinematic experience, by continuously innovating and updating technology for audiences and providing premium facilities, across 23 properties and 42 screens.

As we expand our properties and our geographical reach, we're looking to add dynamic operational staff across our properties.

Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our operational team in various roles such as Operation Executive, Projectionist, F&B Counter Staff, and Box Office Staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a memorable cinema experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive cinema experience.
• Operational Support: Execute day-to-day cinema operations, including ticket sales, food and beverage service, hygiene and equipment management.
• Technical Operation: Operate and maintain projection and sound equipment, ensuring high-quality movie screenings.
• Sales & Performance: Support sales initiatives, track performance metrics, and strive to meet sales targets.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Desired Skillset:

• Experience: Previous experience in multiplex operations or a related field (hospitality, customer service) is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest handling.
• Technical Skills: Ability to operate and troubleshoot technical equipment relevant to the role.
