Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates across job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Engage with potential candidates through outreach and conduct initial screening calls
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain organized recruitment data and contribute to refining our hiring practices
• Provide additional support to the HR team as needed

Desired Skillset

• Enthusiastic approach to recruitment, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks effectively

This is a full time in-office internship for 3 months.
